Trent Park Properties provides a First Class Property Management service to Freeholders, Right to manage companies (RTM), Residential management companies (RMC) and Building Developers.
We are managing agents to many residential blocks of flats and estates of all sizes within London's M25, primarily North London, providing a comprehensive management service including our own staffed 24/7 emergency service to deal with any emergencies that may occur at our sites.
We have over 30 years Property Management experience, are members of The Association of Residential Managing Agents (ARMA) and have even been approved by the First Tier Tribunal - Property Chamber and interviewed and appointed by them to manage blocks of flats. Because we keep our clients and leaseholders happy, they recommend us to their friends and family which has helped us to continue to build our business.
Trent Park Properties has been established since 1997 and during this time we have worked for well known clients including Bradford & Bingley and the Co-operative Group.
We now have ARMA-Q accreditation and are committed to delivering excellent service. ARMA-Q is only awarded to companies that meet the best industry standards and levels of customer care.
We are members of The Property Ombudsman, whose role is to help resolve complaints independently.
Trent Park Properties holds Professional Indemnity Insurance cover with Markel International Insurance Company Ltd as extra security for our clients.
Trent Park Properties also deal with sales and lettings at our managed blocks. We regularly get calls from people interested in moving into our blocks of flats, and as a result we can charge less for sales and lettings than local estate agents.
